Terms & Conditions
Whilst on hire, either
moving or stationary, a no smoking policy takes effect inside
the motorhome.
Failure to comply with
this condition means no refund of your excess, this condition
is at the discretion of the Director/Secretary of Road Trip
motorhomes Ltd. Only.
On pick up the motorhome
is full of fuel, please return it fully fuelled. Diesel will
be charged for at the rate of £15 per quarter tank or part
therof.
On return, please ensure
toilet canister is empty and flushed out.
You will be supplied with
kitchen utensils, 2 gas cylinders and spanner, four folding
chairs, bedding and towels, all must be returned with the
motorhome.
No pets.
Return the motorhome in
the condition that you received it.
Hirer is liable for all parking/speeding
tickets.
Cancellations must be confirmed 1 month
before departure for deposit to be returned.
We the Director/Secretary
of Road Trip motorhomes reserve the right to withhold from
the excess a sum sufficient to cover any repairs, extra cleaning
or inconvenience caused by non-compliance with these conditions.
Acceptable Hirers
- Any persons between 25 and 70 years old and holding a full British Licence for more than 24 months.
- Free of physical defect and infirmity
- Not been convicted of ANY of the following motoring offences.
AC/BA/CD/DD/DR/UT/XX/ within the last 5 years.
Or convicted of more than ONE of the following motoring offences in categories.
CU/IN/LC/MS/MW/PC/PL/SP/TS in the last 3 years.
- Not involved in more than one accident in the past 3 years.
- Not engaged in any of the following:
a. Professional entertainment or sport
b. Foreign service personnel
Drivers not qualifying may at times be included subject to additional terms, this must be approved PRIOR to hire. |
